Create a full set of examples #20

Examples for all the formulations. This also includes updating the basic_tutorial function to the latest changes.

The basic tutorials were updated and added as of 5f15f5fe183f0ba356f2f3d1de68438e783b9fa0. I might leave it at this for now, since the only point of examples for each solver is to serve as documentation, which I might do in some other way (a pdf user guide for example).
