Add numerals at the beginning of the filenames of the tutorials #35

Tutorials should be named 0_bacis_tutorial.m, 1_non_sparse_tutorial.m, etc. to help the user know the recommended order in which they should be read.

Example scripts for each MPC formulation should not include any numbers so that they do not mix with the tutorials.
