Label for dimensions should be the same in all solvers #8

Commit 7e658ff012e468cfadbf8b70991e61e3dccecd02 changed the name of the dimensions from 'n', 'm', and 'N' to 'nn', 'mm', 'NN'. This same naming convention should be used in all the solvers.
