Platform judgment and customizable installation #16

The original platform judgment code does not work on my computer, which may be caused by incorrect output format or encoding issues. In addition, I added customizable code during installation.

Chinese: 中文: 原来的平台判断代码在我的电脑上并不能工作，可能是错误输出的格式或编码问题导致。 另外，我加入了安装时的可定制代码。

Merged into mainline, with some changes, after testing MSVC2019 + CMake. --> Patch Release v3.0.3.1
