Bug: HTML in past contributions is shown as plain text #53

Some past contributions contain HTML tables and emphases, e.g. Proposal 206: PLACE +PLACE request for discussion (the Experience section).

Now the corresponding markup is shown as plain text:

abd577fc — allowed inline-html linebreaks, took care of valid HTML sequences
