After uploading a package, the system is complaining missing README.md although the package has one.

save error ENOENT, open 'websites/theforth.net/package/stringstack/1.0.3/README.md'

Permanently fixed in 3a874b8b15bf1012378123b16515e271407dd6ad by making sure the root-directory of each new version gets always created.
