Feature request: choose target device. #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Chrome2Phone on more than one Android device (e.g. tablet and phone).
2. Visit a cool website that you would like to send to one of the devices.
3. Click on the Chrome2Phone button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected, much like in the Android Market, a list of Android devices 
associated with my account to which I could send the link. This would allow me 
to send the link to a specific Android device. Instead, chrome2phone sent the 
link to each and every Android device associated with my account.

you're lucky - mine doesn't even do that - it sends to only one of the devices 
and not the other and the one it chooses seems to be random.  it's useless that 
way.
