Feature Request: Direct link to a specific device associated with your account. #394

The time has come where users are starting to have multiple Android devices.  
In my case this means that whenever I use Chrometophone to send a link I intend 
to read on my tablet (or my CM7 Nook, or my phone) I've also got 2 other 
devices beeping at me with notifications every time.  If the protocol supports 
it I'd like to see the option to pick which devices on your Google account that 
a given message gets sent to.
