sign in issue in chrome #399

I can't sign in. When I press sign in in my chrome browser a new tap opens and 
there is only the word "redirecting" on it and the address bar is empty. I 
reinstalled the app twice but it didn't work. I'm wondering how can solve this 
issue and sign in.

I cant reach the sign in page for chrome to phone set up. i reinstalled the app 
on my computer 3 times to no avail - each time stuck on the same page, empty 
except for the word redirect at the top. any help you may offer will be greatly 
appreciated -
