App on ICS crashes when getting sent Dropbox URL #405

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit https://www.dropbox.com/s/io0chawluocl59z/Dropbox1306.apk in chrome
2. Send to phone
3. Android app crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to open the URL and download the apk from the link. Instead 
Chrome to Phone crashes

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.
ICL53F

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
Verizon 3G

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes. Yes.

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes.

According to

that sending text might also fail

The latest update today appears to have fixed the NPE (Which I encountered 
yesterday for the first time on my Nexus S ICS but not my GalTab 10.1 
Honeycomb), but looks like the old bug where you get an URL instead of 
clipboard text has been regressed somehow.
