Some roms do not show rom-properties tab #261

So far I have only discovered games of snes that do not show the tab of rom-properties. Most of them are demos, prototypes and not released roms.

But not only betas and prototypes but also some "conventional" roms

SNES uses a heuristic that requires a mostly-complete SNES header in the right place. A good number of ROMs don't have any sort of valid header, which makes it impossible to detect.
