Save page of Address does not show properly

Page

  Login > Profile > Contact detail

I tried filling in the address and saving it. The page shown after I hit
the save button is not rendered properly.

I also tried, and got the same [partial] screen.

I have a hunch that only the "internal" part of the template is being rendered, 
and
not the whole template.

Please re-check.

This line from the error logs might help
