Dark theme #85

The default theme is quite bright on the eyes. It may be nice to provide an alternative dark theme.

Hi @brylie, I would like to tackle this issue. Are you planning to us default bootstrap or will you be using custom styles?

For now, I'm sticking as closely as possible to Bootstrap defaults, so we have less code to maintain.
