@brylie Added support for running on Andriod dev. It should also work for IOS but it requires an IOS device for running the app.

@shailee-m it looks like this pull request is doing a bit more than adding a deployment script. Is it just a matter of rebasing changes from another branch?

Some changes are due to autoformatting in old files. and a few css changes for small screen. and android script
