Home page improvements #24

Home page needs a few improvements

Activity summaries heading and button texts are too big
Resident Activity Summary / Activity Table fonts should not be uppercase
Activity summaries chart bars are too tall, should be a bit more "narrow"
all uppercase texts are too bold, should use regular capitalization
overall aesthetic should be same as previous layout
