.bcfnt Is a CTR font file I believe. An example of this can be found in the romfs of High School DxD for 3ds.

haven't spent the time to reverse it. i'll take a look later tonight.

Edit: nvmd, someone on #3dsdev already reversed it.

I have enough information to implement it. But I just didn't do it yet.
