I also use the R4 version, same problem. I really hope this will get fixed soon
I use the arm9 file for ds even though I have a dsi, could this be the problem? Should I use the arm7 file for dsi?

I have already been on all of them. One of them is my own. I have also commented on the second and third one. Really hope that there will be a fix soon
I posted a video on youtube about this issue. This is the link: https://youtu.be/BqHtG9oiwrI
I have a DSI XL with a flashcart and I use the lastest version of GbaRunner2 without TWiLightMenu (arm9 file). I tried to play Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga but I was having some really big issues. Having the main memory icache enabled the sprites work fine and are not glitched, but the game crashes on the first match. With the main memory icache disabled the sprites are glitchy and the game slows down, but the matches work fine. The only way I could play the game is to keep the main memory icache enabled, wait when I approach an enemy until the game freezes (when the 3D polygon star appears), disable the main memory icache, wait for the match to start, enable the main memory icache and continue the game until the next one match. Can you solve this issue somehow, maybe adding a patch like for banjo pilot?
