Hamtaro - Ham-Ham Heartbreak regression #63

Hamtaro - Ham-Ham Heartbreak broke on commit 280b011 . Before it worked fine, now it soft locks in this transition after starting a new game and a circular screen effect happens. The music still plays and the background animates but it's locked at the position shown in the picture.

Cannot reproduce this issue on my IS-NITRO. Might be a dsi only timing issue.

This is a DSi mode issue, the game runs completely fine in DS mode as of commit 90b994f

Implementing a NTR mode clock speed option may help to solve this.
