I hope to add support for Chinese language translation and the ability to read Chinese file names and games #96

In Twilight menu++, the game that opens a Chinese file name will not automatically read it, but will directly enter GBARunner2, and all the Chinese file names inside have been replaced by some incorrect symbols……
