Add Initials Style #9

Hey, this was already requested on the forum, I'm just putting it here for the record.

Also I take a look at the code and see if I can create a pull request for the Initial style. Cheers

i notice the Signal app uses initials, instead of just working from the first name like google apps, which is much more useful at a glance to have initials vs using first 5 letters with multiple "Chris..." contacts.

would definitely like to see user specified color initials over random background color, or ideally option of overlay them on top of random backgrounds made with other style generators.
