missing capacitor values in part list for the endstops #3

What is the right value for the capacitors C11, C12, C13, C14, C15 and C16? These capacitors are for the endstops and not on the regular ramps. I think it is the same value as on C2 (100 nF).

Please clarify.

@behnam68 @3DSTB start using 10nF for endstop debouncing (filterin).
