Electricity2030: extract energy_demand in core

• germany and commune calculate energy_demand in the same way. Therefore I extracted the code for energy_demand and put it to the core
• EColVars2030: remove unused values, which are always null
• move core functions and dataclasses to subfolders (energy_general, energy_production)
• extract energy_production functions (core: renew_hydro) (germany: calc_production_renewable_reverse, calc_production_renewable_biomass, calc_production_renewable_pv_roof)
