Automatic KPI for the sector mobility

As a visitor of the website I want to see how well my city is doing in the sector mobility. I would like to see for instance a statistic about the kind and length of bike lanes compared to streets. The data should be up to date (maybe a weekly update is enough).

[ ] Get the data from OpenStreetMaps (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API#Simple_usage_examples)
[ ] Expose the data with a django view
[ ] In the frontend generate an image with https://apexcharts.com/. Correctly cite the source.
[ ] Make it possible to disable showing the KPI for a certain city in the admin interface
[ ] Update the data regularly

I'd enable the KPI by default with a checked checkbox that users can disable if they like.

One Question: How will the data be rated? i.e.: what ratio is good / OK / bad?

But I like the idea.

Could we also find sth like "temporal development of car-kilometer? @cafischer Should go down to zero when extrapolated to 2035...
