LocalLogo for LocalTeam #436

When on a city specific Page, use a Team-specific Logo.

This will be (almost 100% for) sure part of the new Design. Therefore, it makes sense to implement it now.

... And Team Lüneburg would like to launch soon with public presentation and would be very very very happy to see this. :)
