Mentioning dish price formatting in UG #14

I noticed that the UG doesn't mention that dish prices must have 2 decimal places. Users might be inclined to assume $/10 is an acceptable input, so this might be something you want to add to the UG.

I think this will be my last bug. Good job team! Everything I found was pretty minor and I had to really dig!
