mail: show mail content read-only in preview #69

I found the way to show text area in read-only. By the way it is possible to colorize the text, but It looks beter for me on contrast_bg as before in white. Note: long mails are not scrollable anymore because the textarea is not scrollable in read-only ??? But it is ok for me, no one writes long mails ;-)
