Create gen 2 events finder

[essare-rimaz]

Using "fetch_events_app_data.py" we create events.json. This file has most of the information needed to answer typical questions about events.

Using custom knowledge base we could use this json to answer to event related question in a much more detailed and precise manner.

Definition of Done:

• first test out how the knowledge base behave
• then try to customize the outputs of the knowledge base
• finalize the implementation by adding more information about events to be taken in consideration (such as number of free spots)

Anticipated information which we should have in our events.json file:

• name of event
• start of event
• location of event
• price of ticket
• number of free spots
