Gerrit breaking change since upgrading 3.1.0 #2

Hello,

It looks the plugin not up to date with the Gerrit breaking change since 3.1.0? I received the following error after login:

ERROR com.google.gerrit.pgm.http.jetty.HiddenErrorHandler : Error in GET / java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.google.gerrit.server.IdentifiedUser.getAccount()Lcom/google/gerrit/reviewdb/client/Account; at com.googlesource.gerrit.plugins.avatars.gravatar.GravatarAvatarProvider.getUrl(GravatarAvatarProvider.java:65)

Since this shows on google and I hit the error, remembering to update the gravatar plugin itself did fix it and has loaded up correctly on 3.5.
