Does not correctly update its internal mapping #62

Describe the bug The internal mapping of symbols is not updated.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a file
  2. Go to the map and pick a function
  3. Add a few new lines above function
  4. Click on function on map - you are taken to the line the function was BEFORE adding the new lines.

Expected behavior Clicking on a symbol on the sidebar takes you to the correct line.
