Create Game Over Screen #16

Game Over Screen is added, but having issues when toggling it due to tile map still being present, mentioned on #15

This seems to be the culprit, need to check tile map to see if we need to hide it in a different way, or if we include it being hidden when the game is reloaded in this bit of code.
