Additional Sprites #19

Sprites need to be created for factories, power and water towers.

Updated factory sprite this morning, along with adding a new generator sprite.

Hopefully can add a water sprite tomorrow and start work on the water system.

Water tower sprite has been added but it's being a little funky, needs some work on the size and also the icon does this for some reason which is pretty good:

The actual sprite doesn't look too bad but maybe needs some colour changes, it might be too bright.

After the water tower is fixed we'll likely close this and carry on work on #8, implementing the water systems and it's connection.

More detail needs to be added there as we'll be looking at having water towers needing to be placed in specific places (Maybe next to water, I know it doesn't make sense but hey.)

It would also be nice if the water was able to travel through roads and only buildings that were connected, can do the same with power.
