Can't open torrent with Asian filename #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading torrent files having Asian file name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that torrents files are loaded successfully,
but an error is occurred "Error : Cant not read torrent."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.21, Windows 7 SP1 64bit (Korean)

Please provide any additional information below.
This program may not support Unicode, but it is very important especially for 
Asian.

I tried to open trackereditor with Compatibility mode(Windows XP SP3), then it 
works.

Thanks for reporting this issue. 

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce this error with an Korean torrent. 
(무한도전.E360.131214.HDTV.XviD-WITH.avi.torrent) 

Tested with 1.21 on windows 7 (English) and XP (English). 
I have tried  
file -> open one torrent file
file -> open multiple torrent file
And drag and drop of the torrent file.

Maybe I have mis something in the testing procedure.

There is a new version 1.30. Can you try this version. If you are still having 
problem please add the torrent as attachment, so I can try the torrent file.

This issue is fix in 1.21. If still problem with Asian filename just create a 
new issue report.
