Refresh do not work if no Tags are defined in toggl

I created a new Toggl account to test this extension and was not able to save my Toggl API key, Refresh button was doing nothing.

Looking at Chrome Console I noticed this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined
    at TogglButtonForm.fillTagsInfo (vsotogglbutton.js:199)

    at j (jquery.min.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js:2)

I created a Tag in toggl and now it work!

thanks for you report Joc. It looks like a simple thing to resolve, but probably I'll need to use a newer version of VSS sdk so I need to check the best way to do that. I'll keep you in touch!

Can confirm this issue. No tags in toggl causes this scenario to occur.
