[Documentation] Can you please add a list of possible keymap actions? #429

It took me some time to find out how the refactoring is supposed to be invoked, as I didn't find any menu entry and there is no documentation on default keystrokes or so. As a start, could you list all possible keymap actions in the default keymap and may link the documentation to it? Or list them in the wiki or so?

The keybindings should be listed within the package settings. This list is auto generated by atom.

I understand the confusion because the alt-enter shortcut is actually coming from the intentions package and the navigation commands from the atom-ide-ui (hyperclick) package.

I'll mark this as enhancement.
