Atom IDE no longer supported #461

Hi,

Just a friendly heads up. Atom IDE is no longer being supported by the Nuclide team. The Atom IDE repo has been archived by Facebook.

Thanks for the heads up. I had already heard of this (unfortunate) news, but still thanks for taking the time to notify me.

It seems that there are already some forks happening of the Atom IDE UI packages, but I was hoping that GitHub (Atom) itself would take over from Facebook, possibly by just allowing the community to do pull requests and merge them, but the repositories have been completely archived.

Some of the IDE package repositories are even under the "atom" team, which is strange to say the least; apparently Atom IDE was official enough to take under the Atom umbrella, but not official enough to take over maintenance for, which is unfortunate, as good things were happening with it.
