otherwise, vim will complain: "can not find colorscheme cobalt"

I've never run into any issues with the name, but it definitely can't hurt to improve the colorscheme name

yeah, i didn't have any problems until i switch to neobundle.

not sure if there is any "strict mode" or something :)
