Direct link to a specific promise #6

There should be a way to link to a specific promise, either as a separate page or by centering and highlighting or auto-opening it on the main page. There is a fragment ID but it's not very useful as it is - due to the layout using fixed elements, the linked item is not even visible. (E.g. link to "14 éven aluliaknak ingyen közösségi közlekedés" - note how it ends up under the header.)

This is already on my to-do list since the beginning: clicking a promise (or using its dedicated SEO-friendly permalink) would pop up a new layer displaying detailed information about the selected promise with comments, user suggestions, videos, voting about its status and importance, options for sharing on social media, etc, but my front-end skills were too weak to be able to actually make it - this is one of the reasons I started learning React JS, to build a nicer user interface, and this is the main reason of the project is currently paused. After finishing the course my plan is to completely rewrite the front-end for practicing, hopefully I can make it until the 2nd anniversary of starting the website in october.
