As of now, we are almost complete with the base objectives for this project and this is more of an "extra" feature.
Basically, we are in need of someone to look into and develop a sort of download manager to handle sending and receiving these files. Instructions are vague, but on the Yammer, there is a post up that discusses what tools are available to us and that should be enough to get the ball rolling.
Again, this should be attempted only in our "Optimization/Completed" phase of the project, or possibly if all other issues have been resolved or are having people working on them.
