Merge process

  1. Merge GetDKAN/dkan-tools#238
  2. Commit #bca171e needs to be removed/reverted since it targets a specific branch of dkan-tools.
  3. Merge this one

Removed commit #bca171e as it targeted a specific branch of dkan-tools for testing. https://github.com/GetDKAN/dkan-tools/pull/238

When the above PR is merged into dkan-tools, tests will need to be rerun on the PR as this branch is mostly likely red.
