Просто проверка, но вы определенно нажали "Host Пользовательские лобби" или "Пользовательские лобби Browser", прежде чем глядя на журнал?

Just checking, but you definitly clicked the "Host Custom Lobby" or "Custom Lobby Browser" before looking at the log?

You have contacted the developer code?

This is a known issue which occurs for certain people, though I have been unable to diagnose the actual issue. The problem is that your dota2.exe client is unable to communicate with getdotastats.com in order to retrieve the mod list or see what lobbies are currently active.

My best guess is that there is an outgoing firewall or AntiVirus setting which is restricting dota2.exe from reaching out to getdotastats.com on port 80.
