Currently no banlist #15

There needs to be a way to blacklist people outside your region and people known to abandon games if possible. At least a way to block particular people from joining your lobby.

SinZ was working on adding a banlist so itll probably come SoonTM

@chozandrias76 This is already in the dev branch, it just doesn't have UI to add/remove entries, you need to go into the config file atm
