New signature bases #131

Phoenix has given approval for us to use his signature bases.

We should make a new template that can fit that size, and think up how to draw some cool custom game ones.

ooh shiny, while you are messing with signatures, might be a good time to make developer signatures to show stats of how successful their mods are
