Make new favicon and flair #224

Let's roll with totally intentional Dota logo as a % as a new flair concept and the favicon.

Nice, I'll resize and convert to an ico in about 30mins when I get to my PC, so we can see if enough detail remains.

Do you think I should update the site banner with the gear style?
