You should see it in your mod list now. It will be approved and appear on the front-page when you have actually implemented the library (are recording games).

Once you have added stat-collection and you have recorded some games against your modIdentifier, bump this issue to let us know to finish the approval. Otherwise, a site admin will do the final approval when they next look at the pending approvals.
