Modders may want to filter on this additional flag that is currently treated as a game parameter. Adding it as a flag standardises the way that data is used and displayed.

right now this is part of stage1 payload, should it be removed from there and just made an internal flag on the library same as with dedi/mapname?

Duplicate for now. I need to update the logic on my end, but it should be a quick change, that doesn't break anything. It can be retired completely at the next library benchmark which will be v3.
