Error when uploading user documentation #20

Hi there. I'm having some problems with the newest version 3.10.0 When the user is confirming that the photo of his credential is not blurry, it suddenly closes and doesn't show any type of error on the console. I've tried it on multiple devices and all of them fail on the same step. I'm currently using the 3.9.0 version in the app and I don't have any problem with it, but I would like to update to your newest version. image image image image
