Currently the tests check the globally installed poplog. It'd be good to be able to override this and specify which poplog we want to test.
This could just be as simple as adding _build/poplog_base/pop/bin/ to the $PATH, but I've not tested yet, and we should perhaps default to this instead of using whatever poplog is first on the $PATH.
