These seem to be down to linter errors:

I suspect that the symlinks will need to be removed given they don't point to valid destinations. @sfkleach what are your thoughts?

Obviously the bad symlinks are unacceptable (and we knew about these). The bit I haven't figured out is why they are there. I wonder if there's a missing part to the build.
