[Bug]: Block editor search function doesn't use translated block names

Bug description

When adding a new block in the block editor, and using the search function, the English names for the blocks are used to filter the results, rather than the selected language in the UI.

Tried with German and Polish translation

Steps to reproduce

• Set up the UI to use a language other than English
• Open Block Editor
• Press Tab to add new block
• use search function to search for block
• block can't be found

Example: using the German UI translation, searching for the block "Überschrift" won't find the Header Block, even though it is listed as "Überschrift" in the list.
