[Feature Request]: Support WebDAV protocol #1218

Feature Description

Hi Publii Team!

First of all I want to thank you for all your great work, because I have sucessfully used Publii in very important projects as my wedding site.

I'm a Fastmail customer and among other things I use the file storage to publish my static websites developed with Publii.

Since March 2022 Fastmail disabled the FTP access, so currently they only allow access with the WebDAV protocol.

Would be awesome if you support the WebDAV protocol in Publii, but this is a very-low-urgency request because at the time as a workaround I can export as a ZIP and upload it manually in Fastmail.

I believe Neocities also only allows WebDAV.
